I have Darkspine too and idk if u read this but he is very weak.His attacks make him slow and only his boost can help him.i playied with him and already lost around 100 or morw trophies.

I got darkspine sonic. Got good luck. Only spent the 5 red rings and 25 red rings. 3 times. He needs some work. Needs faster acceleration. 10 speed. Better strength etc.. He contradicts himself. To use traps he slows down. And there just basic fire traps. Slow. If you get the power ups quickly and instantly use them one after the other he almost stops to a hault haha. Makes the traps useless except with timing. You still slow sown using it on dash pads. When using boost. When on rails etc... Not as noticeable so this is best timing to use them. but that might not be convenient. There's also a wind up on using the skills. A delay. Fire ball is probably better this is just different/unique. The slow burn is in 3 lanes. Slow. Easy to jump. If it hits something it's gone. Doesnt go through things. Infinite attack is way bettwr. Basically darkspine is slow. Got a good boost. But movie tails boost pretty much as long and your invincible. Gotta use him swiftly and time using his attacks. Meh. Not what I thought. He's still okay/good. I've won some games with him. But underwhelming. With practise can utilise him to play great. Use him as a boost character but to do that you gotta stay behind the pack. Be too far behind, use an attack, hits someone, it slows you down, you don't catch up haha. His boost is his only hope... if you get i front, then keep 2 traps in slots and use bubble protection to try maintain the lead I guess
