Use a Braun foil shaver for your shaving your head instead of blades. I've told you this before. Using straight blade to the scalp like that is brutal and can make cuts and cause irritation.

The tape and neither glue are meant to stick on hairs or no prep scalp. As better as you shave as longer it last. In my case the perimeter stay for almost 3 weeks solid

You can put a bit of glue on top of the tape in case it lift up. But again those are not meant for Olay with pull them away from your skin and then complain that doesn't have same strong hold. Put a bit of glue on top and you are just fine

Ironically, you said about sleeping hairs under the skin waiting to come back out and that not being the case - but that actually can happen.

There are many people who grow back hair in completely bald areas with Regaine. This isn’t because those follicles were dead. They were able to grow back hair in completely bald areas because some hair can remain in a dormant state.

Yes, unfortunately if the hair really is dead then the only solution is to replace it with another healthy living hair. But it’s not uncommon for hairs not to be dead but in fact laying in a dormant state, which Regaine helps to bring back out. I’m unsure of the reason for this.
