San Francisco Police Says Suspects in Attack on Elderly Woman Are Ages 11 to 18

Three children ages 11, 13, and 14 and an 18-year-old beat and robbed a 70-year-old Asian woman who was attacked last month inside her San Francisco apartment building and two of them have been arrested, police said Monday.

These kids knew what they were doing. In fact, most know that because they are kids that they won't usually be charged that same as adults. Tough consequences on all of this madness happening lately needs to happen. It all needs to stop.

Why would the police be shocked by the age of the attackers? Especially the combination of race and age of the suspects, I think it is very obvious. I am more shocked that the mugshots of the criminals are not shown.

I feel the state should carry the same charge as elder abuse which can be a felony. If they can't prove it's a hate crime, they'd only get charge of a misdemeanor .
the 18yr old deserves a felony charge. This reminds me of in a gang, the adults would be present & have juveniles do the crime no matter how heinous, used to be 3 or more were considered a gang. Just like last week a witness followed a smash and grab, 2 juveniles and 1 adult & they shot the witness!
