What works for me when I'm unmotivated, is doing just a light stretch, reading a book and going for a walk even if it's for just 30min❤

Yes! Things are so hard sometimes. I’ve been dealing with some health issues and the past few days have been the absolute worst. I’ve just been so sick and in severe pain. I haven’t been wanting to get out of bed. Dealing with chronic illness is the worst. The motivation that you put on your channel, is definitely needed. Some days, as positive as I am. I just feel like giving up.

Moving in a blah half ass not feelin it type of way is still better than not moving and guilt tripping yourself later. Also- even giving half effort still builds and maintains the habit of moving each day which only makes it easier to keep doing with time. I choose to be kind to myself and have grace for my mind and body. Some days my 100% looks like 3% and other days it looks like 200%- I just need to check in with myself and trust that I’m doing what’s best for me that day.

Late night I planned to wake up at 6:00 to workout, it didn't happened, I was too sleepy and slept till 10h and something. My first thought was that my day was ruined, I didn't start it well, but for the grace of God lol I just had the insight that no, is not ruined, I just started it late, I've put the workout video, and even being an easy workout done in my bed, I'm proud that even with it all I've decided to keep building my habits and a good mentality.
