Ordered one of these replacement kits on Amazon and the float valve didn’t fit my Instant Pot Duo SV. Guess I should have read the description a little more thoroughly

Why is my steam continuing to come out the hole exactly where you just replaced the part on my pressure cooker? It's model 99602 a Cooks Essentials Brand from QVC. It worked perfectly last time I used it, but now continuous steam comes out the tiny hole not the main valve release. It's coming out the hole where this demonstration was filmed. I don't know how to stop it from steaming
