"Should I Stay or Should I Go" is a song by English punk rock band the Clash, from their album Combat Rock, written in 1981 and featuring Mick Jones on lead vocals. It was released in 1982 as a double A-sided single alongside "Straight to Hell", performing modestly on global music charts. In the United States, "Should I Stay or Should I Go" charted on the Billboard Hot 100 without reaching the top 40. The song received greater attention nearly a decade later as the result of an early-1990s Levi's jeans commercial, leading to the song's 1991 re-release, which topped the UK Singles Chart and reached the top ten in New Zealand and many European charts. The song was listed in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time in 2004.
A live recording of the song was included on the album Live at Shea Stadium, which featured a concert performed on 13 October 1982 in New York. The song's music video from that performance was included on the DVD The Clash Live: Revolution Rock. Both discs were released on 6 October 2008. (Wikipedia)

Georgy Porgy’s Favourites Uploaded: The Clash. - ‘Shoul I Stay or Should I go ‘ (1982)

This band has ‘thrown a spanner in the works’.
I know very little about this band but Punk and a mixture of Heavy Metal thrown in.
I have lived through this era.
Your video photography is what I’d imagine this band to be Bol she !!! And full of themselves.
I actually love ❤️ the musical notes together with what I’d call A Kaleidoscopic full of a fanlight. (Great)
I always enjoy your colourful lights especially done in the form of an eye in lights.
Fabulous.
I’m thoroughly enjoying listening to this extraordinary band but their voices are clear and understandable.
I don’t know what to say about the lyrics. They both seem to chang their mind about Staying or Going but for me I’ll Stay, if I may, and listen to another one of your many changing choices.
I’m enjoying listening to ‘80’s music. …. That can’t be bad !!! Can it ?
Thank You for letting me Stay to listen again.
