Chrisoula K was a cargo ship that sank August 31st 1981. It ran full speed into the reef of Abu Nuhas whilst the captain was withdrawn to his cabin. The ship was on it's way to Saudi Arabia with approx. 3700 tonnes of Italian made tiles. Chrisoula K is also known as "Wreck of the tiles".
