if anybody wanna know, heres what would happen:
Everything has something called the terminal velocity (which is the maximum speed that object can reach) i will not dive too far into it as it is not relevant
as the penny falls, it does hit its terminal velocity, but its nowhere near fast enough to kill someone, or even do any damage

Pretty sure that because the terminal velocity of a penny is so low it wouldn't kill them it would just leave a pretty bad mark and hurt.
