I returned mine. Hated the 2 straps. I don't know why their design team thought these straps work perfectly well

I just got one. I'm not sure if I like it. The mask hits my cheek bones and it creates a big gap between the lower cheeks/mouth area and the mask. I can even put my hand there. Do the lights still reach to be effective in these lower areas?

Do they make a version that powered by battery pack so that you can wear on your way to work or something in public transportation
