.누워있을때 칼국수 미는 방망이 굵기 정도의 나무나 병을 수건 덮어서 허리에 대고 누우면 빨리 좋아집니다.
지압이라도 해주고 싶구만, 멀어서 ㅎㅎㅎ나름 손이 엄청 시원하다능!!(믿거나 말거나) .
