With all the memes of Taniks being in Final Shape, it was really funny watching the day 1 race and seeing everyone type "TANIKS?!" in chat. Then, going to another stream, and see everyone doing the same on that other stream's chat.

I like to imagine the Herald being an Eliksni is more a metaphor for how many times and how often we've had to fight Eliksni (be they the various Houses, Taken, Scorn, SIVA, etc)

I love that the Guardian leitmotif starts at around 1:04 but then seemingly falls apart as the song goes. Then it returns triumphantly at the damage phase portion.

The sound of his shotgun going off echoing throughout the whole room is incredible and compliments how hard this song goes

It’s also worth noting how old this taken probably is given his red coloration

I always come back to this. Herald ost is easily one of the best soundtracks bungie has made.
