I have the same error message but when I follow the instructions in this video and get to the point of running Command Prompt as Administrator and type 'sc start vboxsup' I get '[SC] StartService: OpenService FAILED 1060:

The specified service does not exist as an installed service.' in the Command Prompt. Can anyone help please?

Worked for me, but took 1 extra step! I had to open cmd as admin to be able to run 'sc start vboxsup', otherwise it was "Access Denied".
