i always thought trevor was the infinity 8 killer because of a line he says when hanging out with michael and frank where michael says "where'd you hide the bodies trevor?" and trevor says all over bang bang and there's bodies around the map and the name in the quest is just fake name and red heiring and the thing written on the wall about the infinity 8 killer is right around the corner from trevor's house

fun fact, at the prison, there are screams coming from building 9A. this is supposed to have to deal with merle abrahams, but it is damn near impossible to hear, even in director mode. but somewhere you can hear them very clearly, is in the penitentiary last team standing in online. there are no cops, and so you can clearly hear the screams. also on the first version of this game, there were trash cans all over the map with “8”s on them. they were basically indestructible. iirc there were at least 16. they were removed for the next gen versions of the game-who knows why.

your rdr2 videos are my favorite, so i’m glad to see some gta v videos from you as i haven’t been impressed with the existing ones. maybe one about the altruist camp? you’d have to do some obscure research... including things like collecting enough hitchhikers and talking to andy moon, a special character down by vespucci who has different dialogue depending on if you’ve met the altruists or not. he talks about them quite a bit. also their ties to the other cults in the game, epsilon, and children of the mountain, but that’s a whole other can of worms

Don’t feel bad… I’ve never finished Grand Theft Auto V or Red Dead Redemption 2. I’ve played both of them for hundreds of hours, but I find the worlds endlessly intriguing to just wander through. I want to explore every nook and cranny. I feel like I’m gonna miss some nifty piece of art if I don’t take the time to study every location from every angle. I suppose that’s why I like channels like you and Zeltik. You guys are even more thorough than me.

Only where fire once spewed forth makes me think of a volcano🌋.
And now I'm thinking of the body casts from Pompeii. The body's may have disappeared but the cavities left behind were incredibly detailed judging by the casts.

I know I am a month late I don't care but in Cayo Perico, when you choose to enter through the sewer, . You can see a body wrapped up, it may just be someone that El Rubio killed but it looks like the ones from Los Santos

Here's my crackpot theory: its all a developer joke.

The bodies can't decay because they're literally just static objects. They'll stay there forever, hence infinite.

Everything else around it makes it seem more profound than it actually is.

The case seems to be inspired by Edward Gein (who also inspired the movie character, Leatherface). Edward Gein was lonely man from Wisconsin who was serial killer that ironically mainly targeted women, but what makes him seemingly based on the infinity killer is the burned down house.

In reallife, after Gein was arrested his house mysteriously burned to the ground which the police ruled as arson. He also died of natural causes in an insane asylum.

It’s pretty loose detail, but interesting nonetheless.
