If they had animated the whole movie instead of just the opening and a few segments, it would have been much better. They could even have revamped the series to have animation and voices like these and it would have been really good.

It's like on the same level of quality as the proud family, i would definitely have watched it as a reboot back when I was a kid

I love how much more expressive they made each of the characters in the animation, we were seriously robbed of a good reboot of the series. It could have been really funny and enjoyable while still updating the mature dilemma's the original tried to tackle.

The original fat albert’s animation was very limited and the style was kinda strange due to the fact that all of the people of color were depicted in the show to be sort of off looking, more than most cartoons at least. The style used in this movie is beautiful and it’s so expressive too. Honestly, I don’t think this show is ever coming back due to obvious circumstances, but the animation in this movie was brilliant and it’s a fine conclusion.

I seriously love everything about the animated scenes from this movie. No doubt the animation in the movie is a lot better than than in the original series, and the character designs are incredible and give me Proud Family vibes (makes sense since Kyla Pratt, the voice of Penny Proud, was in this movie).

I totally would watch a reboot of Fat Albert in this style. For obvious reasons, though, I doubt it will happen. But it would be cool nonetheless.
