Hi Thank you for the clarifications! I just have one question...if I would like to deliver the questions in different times of my presentation, do I need to create 1 pool per question? Or I can manage what question I will deliver during the session?

Hi Christopher. Thanks very much for the overview. I will be using the polling feature with my client for the first time on Monday. I am using an HP Laptop with Windows 10. One thing I noticed is that the Polling option was not visible with the three dots (...) at the bottom of my screen when I started a test webcast. However, when I shared anything (PPT, PDF, etc), the normal WebEx Nav bar appeared at the top and I could use the three dots in this bar to find and set up polling. Interesting enough, when I quite sharing the doc, the polling window remained open. So my question: Is there a way to see the Polling feature in the Windows environment without first sharing a doc? great video and i learned a lot but, somewhat, it still left me with several questions like, after you close Poll, are answers saved automatically. Chris, you jumped from poll results then apply and make results viewable to all. What if you dont want to make them vieweable to none but a particular person only. what would the steps be? i closed poll and tried to see where i create saved poll results but couldnt figure it out. Also, the webex organizer/host would be the one opening the poll at a particular time, correct? there's no other way to automate webex to start polling process? Please let me know. thank you

This was very helpful. Thank you! In a rehearsal with a co-worker, it seems that if I am sharing my screen, and presenting a Power Point presentation, that the poll is not visible, even when on my end it looks open to participants. Have you heard of any such issues with anyone else? I also get this message: "People who joined from video systems or video conferencing applications can't view the content you're sharing. If you want your content to be viewed by those people, share your screen or application instead." I'm curious if it's a one or the other type deal...you can either share content, or you can share a poll. Any insight is much appreciated!

Hi! I saved my questions before the polling. I did what I saw in your channel but today at the last moment, I could not send the POLL to the Participants as the OPEN POLL button got freezed. As the participants were leaving the pooling opened, what is the point??? what was the reason for that GLICH? I contacted WEBEX but of no use? Could you pls possibly explain what could have happened! Everything was open but when all were done with PPT showing then POLLING did not open?? There were about 33 participants. Before this meeting, I tested POLLING with my colleagues and I could do it but today I FAILED?

I am setting up WebEx sessions as the host, but there will someone else presenting. It appears that I lose control of the polling if the presenter is sharing his content. Can an alternate host share the polling questions? Also, I have tried saving one polling question at a time (so we can pull one up at a time) and it only lets me create all of them as one document.

I love polling but is there a way to setup them up prior vs. having to add them right before meeting - we are using WEB X for training (bigger story here), but I literally don't have time to create 15 questions prior to training starting - additionally, we are offering the same class multiple times; I'd like to setup once?

Hi Christopher is there a way to retrieve poll results if we happen to end meeting by mistake.. and poll was not saved

Is it possible to import or export a text file [of any type, including Word] into the poll? Or do you have to enter each and every question and answer choices?

In the polling options the sub points are in alphabet format.. can it be changed to numbers?
