Spino was more broken than pure evil tbh. He was experimented on when he was a juvenile, QUITE A LOT. And also, even if this is a deleted scene and not canon, it was planned to have a baby and the baby got killed by the mercenaries. The spino honestly had a reason to chase the humans, vengeance.

The Indominus is hard to give just one of them too. She was designed, and as soon as she hatched she was put in a cage. Never saw the outside world, ever.
Like what Owen said, everything is new too her and she doesn’t know where in the food chain she fits.

But, she did kill for sport and didn’t eat anything other than humans, she did kill her sibling for unknown reasons (could fall into broken but there’s no evidence why) and was overall purposely tricking humans to find her and kill them.

I’d say Indominus is 40% Broken, and %60 pure evil.

Kash-Pure Evil he betrayed his boss it's because his boss was not happy for him hurting his son and later was not clever enough to think the raptors are not in control
Daniel Kon-Pure Evil he seemed like a nice guy in season 5 but was revealed to be cruel and lies to kenji to make his son think that his friends were blaming him
Dennis Nedry-Pure Evil it's because he is a jerk that cause Jurassic park to go crazy

Hawks(CC)-Pure Evil since he is a guy who thinks that herbivore dinos are actually also carnivores but it was not true and later works with mantah corp and sometimes works with mills and wu
Big One-Pure Evil she is cruel and aggressive towards humans and wanted to fight rexy
