How To Reset All Settings and Preferences in Premiere Pro

Premiere acting strangely, not doing something it should or vice versa? Sometimes a good settings reset is in order!

Thanks! Yes I find that after a while with PP 24 the resize frame stops working in the programme window and I have to use scale etc in the Effect Controls and then also some of the short cuts like enter full frame stop working which is annoying - so need to reset

Great Channel. That did the trick for me. However, it wiped out all the projects I was working on. How can I get those Projects back? Is there an easy way to get them back? The projects are still on my Hard Drive. BTW, I looked further down in the comments and someone had the same problem. I'm guessing it's like an Easter egg hunt. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I changed a lot of preferences though, how do I get those back easily without spending hours reconfiguring? (Keyboard shortcuts, preferences, etc?)
