MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
4 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups cocoa powder
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsps. salt
1000 grams/ ml water
4 cups brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 cup corn oil
¼ cup white vinegar

Caramel icing:

4 tall cans evaporated milk
½ cup cornstarch
1¼ cup brown sugar
8 egg yolks
225g butter

Kakagawa ko lang ng recipe na 'to. Sobrang panalo. Parang nababawi ko na uli confidence ko sa baking. Kahapon kasi sunog yung lemon cake ko. It is really a must to know and understand how your oven works! Thank you, chef!

Sa totoo lang ikaw anfg inspiration ko po para matuto pa mag bake..we are the same chocolate cake din po una kong binenta pero ung ung iba nasisira din kasi hindi naman lahat ng kakilala ehh bibili.. i am always selling choco balls din.. i love baking po tlga.. and i am using my rice cooker para lang makagaawa ng cake.. maraming salamat sa mga turo mo... I made this today and di ako nakatiis na kahit medyo mainit pa eh tinikman ko na. IT IS SOOOO GOOD! I am not a fan ng matamis and this one is PERFECT! The caramel icing is SUPERB! Gawa na rin kayo mga kababayan!

will try this chef.. i am using your chocomoist recipe now at sobrang nasasarapan talaga mga customers ko..na.aadd lng ako ng egg at coffee powder sa original recipe nyo..ngaun may.bago na naman akong pagkikitaan.tuank yiu po talga chef for your generosity..laking tulong to saming mga walang proper education sa baking and cooking..God bless you more po...ill work harder para mka bili ng stand mixer and oven..

Chef's thank you for sharing this. Tama po cnabi nio n natatakot po tlg ako subukan. Kz ayw ko po n nag fi failed. And mahina po loob ko. Pero nagsisimula n po ako mg bake, so far ok nmn po sabi ng family ko. Medyo hindi lng ma afford ang mga ingredients kaya pahinto hinto. And kulang din sa mga gamit. Steamed lng po sakin. Wla po kz ako oven. Pero super like ko po tlg mg bake, sa Steamed Steamed lng po muna ako, pra lng muna sa 4 kiddos ko.😊 Keep it up Chef, andami nio po na22lungan sa mga recipes nio. I just tried this recipe today and indeed it was good! It’s not sweet and the cake is very moist! Even the caramel icing is just a perfect touch to the cake! I tweaked it a lil bit and added just a pinch of salt. I’m gonna have it rest in the fridge for overnight and see if it tastes better tomorrow! Thank you chef RV for this wonderful recipe! 🤗👍
