I will never shop at fashion nova again. They have the worst customer service department ever. They have really horrible service. they would not work with me to apply a coupon thats listed on their page. They claim orders are not able to be cancelled by all means. worst company ever. Why offer me the option to return the merchandise after i stated i no longer want it. Waste of time to even ship it out. Will never be doing business with them ever again. The discount is still listed on their site but they claim they can not apply it to my order. I regret my entire purchase
