Faulty Android Tv Box Mecool KI PRO
Hello, today we received the TV box Mecool KI PRO. After the unboxing, we connected it to my tv, to test the operation of the box. At that point problems started.
I have connected to my TV via the hdmi cable and after that my TV stopped to play any image. I have disconnect the TV box but my TV still doesn't play any image but only sound. This happens every time i connect and power on the tv box.
After that I had connected the TV box to a pc monitor via hdmi and the pc monitor shows a message that "there is no signal in Hdmi". I have tested my old tv box to the pc monitor and it worked fine.
