Everyone was just worried about what Poles was doing because we've never had a GM like him. Pace was all about overpaying for subpar talent to get us a wildcard exit. Both Poles and Cunningham come from Championship teams as scouts, I think they know a thing or two

The one thing I can appreciate about this regime regardless of wins and losses is the transparency. There seems to be a really good culture in place. As soon as the Gipson rumor came out both he and Poles shot it down.
