You see it’s stuff like the first clip that has me confused as to why NASCAR is only penalizing those who force others beneath the yellow line now in 2020. If they were being consistent all this time, should Matt Kenseth have been penalized and his win taken away for forcing Clint Bowyer below the line?

I just won a race at talladega on iracing - I overtook the leader on the final stretch and just caught him at the line to win by 0.052 seconds. I felt like Clint Boyer !!! Exhilarating
