If you wanna take it even more seriously, when she says "take a page and a pen" you would have to do that in real life, I will explain later. When she says "draw a big mushroom", draw a big mushroom. When she says "add an egg, then two more" she doesn't say "draw an egg", so add 3 literal physical eggs onto the paper. When she says "draw a cloud under here", add the text "here" and draw a cloud under it. When she says "now we'll add some coins", take some pennies/coins and place them on the paper with a friend. She didn't say draw them, and she also said "we'll". When she says "draw a hill in the back with a rising sun", add the text "back" then draw a hill in it. Again, she didn't say "draw a rising sun" so draw the hill while you're outside and the sun is rising. Finally, when she says "add a little bird", put a bird onto the paper. Preferably, dead, or your pet. "It's me, Mario" label whatever you drew "Me Mario", then you're done.
