What was MY escape plan? Spoiler: I didn’t have one (but you MUST)!

Desperate for some advice...I have NO FRIENDS (he cut all friends off years ago), NO FAMILY (I have no surviving family), he controls all finances, I have 3 children, my youngest is autistic and I can't leave kids with him for me to work and he won't allow me to find a sitter...I've reached out to strangers to ask for work from home jobs amd was told they cant help me bc then they have to help other people, I called the DV hotline and they left me on hold for an hour then asked if I wanted them to google homeless shelters...every time I see someone talk about victims and say "if they just reached out for help" I want to break my phone...I've been begging anyone who might listen and no one cares!
