So what the moment i can use the action text ??

When specifically can you play Shiny or Feesh cards? Before or after you roll? Before or after tokens are resolved?

I know Nanners or Blammo can be played to continue your roll if you had gone bust, so obviously those are played as needed.

And MmmPie! is played to double a token, so those obviously have to be played at the time tokens are being resolved.

And obviously the blocking cards, Doggo & Kitteh, are played as needed to block.

Hopefully at some point the makers of these games realise that making a little video of people actually playing their game would be extremely helpful. Just play it.

I'm not sure what it is about learning new card games but the written instructions are almost never enough
