Meet Your Protective Power Animal (Shamanic Journey)

This is a Guided Shamanic Journey to help your meet your Protective Power Animal. In shamanism, the term Power Animal is commonly used as an alternative to Spirit Guide. Power Animals are the imaginal forms our Spirit Guides take, depending on their archetypal nature. You meet your power animals depending on the intention you set before the journey. It is not a good idea to practice shamanic journey without a clear intention, because that may expose your psyche to unwanted or overwhelming encounters in the shamanic world.

Our protective power animal awakens a sense of courage in us. When they accompany us during our journeys, we are not affected by fear and would rather feel empowered to witness and engage with whatever we encounter in the shamanic world. Remember that even the seemingly darker aspects of the shamanic world contain valuable information about ourselves, maybe showing us the unwanted or rejected aspects of our personality that we have subconsciously suppressed and not yet fully embraced or healed. Your protective power animal reminds you of courage and awakens the warrior spirit that is already within you.

I found a female bear and a masculin wolf. I felt their hair, they were so warm. They merged in me and then I felt so dizzi and overwhelmed I had to open my eyes. With my open eyes I still felt not here, I felt so heavy and dizzi, and I felt both of them by each side of me and inside of me. Then I came back. Still dizzi. Somehow I understand that they are in me, that they are me, or part of me, or I myself am they... I don't know of it actually makes sense... I feel my head so heavy.
