She Hasn't Eaten in 16 Years (No Food, No Water)

This story is crazy. I traveled to a rural village in Ethiopia to track down a woman, named Muluwork, who claims to have not eaten in 16 years. Not a single piece of food or a sip or water. And on top of that, she doesn’t use the bathroom!!! After spending a few days observing her fascinating life and interviewing dozens of her neighbors, friends, and family members - I must admit that her story is pretty convincing.

I was not convinced until I spent 2 days with her, interviewed everyone that I could find in her village, and heard about her doctor visits in Dubai. Who am I to judge? I’ve seen so many miracles in my life. Cancer one day, gone the next. A person dying with no chance of survival from Pneumonia, having exhausted all antibiotics. Then she was prayed over in tongues by my mother. That moment her fever broke. The following day, her lungs were clear. And a day later, she was home.

I felt my dad when he passed. Felt him go through me. My mom expressed surprise at seeing my dad and her sisters when she was dying. They had already passed.

So, for me anything is possible.

There is a man from India .... same story.... but for decades he didn't eat .... took him to a hospital ... think in Germany .... kept him under observation for a long time until they gave up and said they cannot explain. We need to accept somethings are beyond our understanding or imagination.

She doesn't look dehydrated or malnourished so either it's a miracle in itself that she doesn't hunger or thirst or she secretly drink some sort of broth or soup .

I think the language barrier mixed up the meaning of her saying she wants to be famous... she doesn't want fame for the usual reasons, she wants her story to be known to give glory to God.

I only eat 1 meal a day for an entire decade now. my body has adapted a long time ago. I can't imagine eating 3 meals a day -like that's too much food and too much time spent cooking and eating. Life is SO much more than that.

I am Ethiopian and I have heard her story on EBS (local media) years ago and she said growing up she was struggling a lot in life and sometimes being starved is one of them and one day she asked God for a food because she was hungry but God on the other side make the starvation go away and she never had to eat from then. Not everything is explained in science. Try to see it from a spiritual perspective.

I've fasted for 1 week before and after 3 days of not eating, its like your body feels like it doesn't even need food anymore and you no longer feel hungry. I did drink water though.

Totally possible! Certain qigong masters in China are able to do "bigu", which involves not eating or drinking but existing on "qi" - bioenergy. These people must be humble, virtuous and of good character. Thanks for sharing this great video. 🙏
