Trisen Tan Kang Leik 100 MIYE- Prudential

Tan Kang Leik is a visionary entrepreneur who single handedly started Yours Earning Group (YEG) at 20 years old from his hometown in Perak called Teluk Intan. Today, he is one of the youngest Agency Manager and YEG has grown into a strong financial powerhouse with over 60 talented agents and have expanded from Northern Region to Central and South region as well as East Malaysia.
Tan has had his eyes on the prizes since day one. He worked tirelessly to achieve the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) while putting in the hours to recruit new agents. His mission is to be a great leader. Not only did he become an MDRT Qualifier shortly after joining Prudential, he has been regular qualifier for Prudential’s Star Club, an achievement for the most productive agents. He has also been successfully in coaching and developing many result-oriented agents who are Qualifier for Prudential Convention every year. He believes that his employees should be doing better than he is and he gets a great sense of achievement out of it.
Having this goal and steely determination has resulted in a highly successful career within an industry that many would call challenging. In his nine-year career, Tan has worked his way up from a rookie agent to an agency manager. He has built a Million Dollar Agency, but not one to rest on his laurels, he has ambitions to take his agency to even greater heights and helping his clients to achieve their retirement plans.
This year, Tan is a nominee for the 100 Malaysia Influential Young Entrepreneurs.
