Don't know the man (Andy Elliott) personally but he does say in many of his videos not to lie to customers! I'm in sales and I've seen some of the slimiest customers over my 20 years of selling! A business transaction is a two-way street just like any other relationship. Some customers resort to some really underhanded techniques to "get a good deal" just like some salespeople do the same to make a deal! Nothing wrong with being clever, but don't be dishonest is what I say! I have found that most people care more about the experience, how professional, polite, efficient, knowledgeable and entertaining you are! I have also noticed that individuals seeking the best possible deals are never, ever satisfied. are almost never loyal and almost never give you a good review! These are what we call mooches and tight wads! I don't have a problem ever paying full price if you are professional, polite, quick and honest! I don't begrudge someone making a little extra money for great service! to me It's like a tip! By the way, mooches hardly ever tip!

Andy I’m in a bit of a dilemma, I just started college but I’ve been watching your videos for over a year now and have been wanting to go into car sales. My family is telling me that car sales is to volatile and college is a for sure thing if I finish but I’m not as passionate for anything as I am about car sales because of you and your videos.
