Article said they're trying to figure out what to do as the kidnapper hasn't been arrested. I checked and there is no federal statute of limitation on kidnapping. VERY fortunate for all here.. I can't imagine the emotion.. or parents having to deal with such a thing for so long.

Why do people resort to kidnapping others children when you can literally go adopt a child in a foster home? Or do they make it a pain in the butt to adopt a child as well as to why these lunatics gotta resort to kidnapping someone else's kid?
