Hi, Thank you so much for the excellent instructional video. It was Spot On. One little tip I would like to add for anybody who doesn't have a lot of strength in their hands, and/or you don't have any Vaseline or similar. Put about an inch of very hot water into a cup and dip the end of the tubing into the water for approx. 10 seconds. That softens the tubing enough for you to push it home and onto its fixing.
The instructions sent with the product were hopeless. I am generally 'au fait' with doing assembly jobs but I just couldn't follow the drawings. If they were ten times larger then perhaps it would have been easier but your video was GREAT.

I just get my Hozelock 5 Litre Garden Sprayer and it was not working from beginning, from Amazon. I did what you said and now, I can not pull up so easy, is keeping so good! Thanks, how ever if the sprayer is a crap, maybe you are not going to be able to open it, that is the reason which I bought this one because is easy to service!
