I have a 22' Jetta and it got the panoramic roof? does this get in the way of the panoramic roof or would the roof rack limit it in any way from opening?

I have a 2021 Jetta S and on the front doors I don't have any alignment holes, but on the rear doors, I do. I'm nervous because I ordered the bars and now I don't think they will fit. there are two tiny holes right about the door seal on the front but that's it. am I up creak at this point?
