It's been such a joy to bring this song back out and sing it again in our worship services. It's the kind of song that prepares your heart to encounter God through His word.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV - 16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Think about that: when you pick up a Bible and read it, or you hear the Bible being taught (rightly, in its context, with trusting Christ at the center) you are hearing the God of the Bible speak to YOU! And whatever we find there in the text, God intends for your good, that you would be equipped to do His pleasing and perfect will!
