Im already following it since three months.... i can feel the difference😊its great.!!Every night i soak 12 to 15 raisins and 1 tsp of chea seeds in a glass of water and drink it in the morning with empty stomach.

Soaked overnight and consumed first thing in the morning:

2 tsp of raisins
2 to 3 tsp flexseed sauté and crushed
7 to 8 almonds soaked and skin removed
1 tsp poppy seeds, crushed and drink with milk
1 to 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds soaked and eat in an empty stomach (testosterone booster)
