Stephens, you are a life saver ! I have spent all day trying to understand this problem watching many other videos, yours was the only one that made sense to me...Thanks a million !

Great video! I have a test involving this coming up and it always makes me way more comfortable to know how the rules and formulas I'm using really work. It gives me more insight into the problems I'm solving. This really cleared things up as we didn't discuss this proof in class.

These type of videos are what makes internet what it is. This is the most frustrating proof I have ever seen of any theorem. But yeah, after understanding it, I can say that I can now finally sleep peacefully.

9:40 How can you equate the coefficients if you don’t know that vectors a, b, and c are linearly independent? Actually they are not in the plane. However, we may assume that a=0 or assume that the triangle sits in a plane in R^3 that does not pass through the origin. Thus we saved your proof.

λ and μ = 2/3... But how do we automatically assume that γ is also 2/3? Please reply asap... I have an exam Coming up ><... Thankyou
