The NBA was so fun to watch at this time. KG was a beast and at his peak during this point of his career.

Who is here after the wolves won game 7, 20 years to the day. Against the defending champs, after coming back down 15 at half, 20 early in the third?

32 pts in this era is basically 55 in today’s game, even better that it came in a crucial game 7 playoff game against CWebb.
KG was something different in his prime

One of those games where the best llayer on the court shows why he is the best player. KG had that Xfactor. I was extremely pleased when he came to Boston. Perfect fit for both of us.

People don’t even realize that this version of KG is probably the only player ever that can successfully be the focal for a team on both ends of the court. On offense he could pass and shoot like a guard and thanks to his athleticism/touch he was very adept at finishing at the rim; meanwhile on the other end, he’s arguably the most versatile defender ever, a one man defensive blueprint. The variety of ways he could contribute to a team’s success was truly astonishing. I just wish the Wolves did a better job surrounding him with complementary talent during his prime.

This was the last playoff series timberwolves have ever won almost 19 years ago wow

There's a lot of bigman who took threes in KGs era like Rasheed, prince, Villanueva. And they aren't in KGs level. KG would still a superstar In today's game and would easily adapt the threes

Man if only someone taught Garnett that being behind that line on the floor means you get an extra point if you hit the shot.

Got a bug ass 3 on one end and den hella plays later shows a great hedge, a block with 5 seconds left and den a great closeout…..that basically explained who kg was as a player he played hard and never gave up🤷🏾‍♂️💯

The greatest power forward & most athletic power forward of all time... KEVIN GARNETT...

That's why I like Giannis Antetokounmpo in today's NBA, he just need to improve on FT% and Post Game like Kevin Garnett. But, Giannis already play defense like KG.
