The success of THE NANNY was due to a great deal more than Fran Drescher.The other castmembers and the writers all contributed to the show's success as well.

A well written show. Positive, and with a spectacular lead. Fran is stunning, and her positivity and earnestness is very similar to Woody Harrelson's role in Cheers. I never saw the show during its original run, and am enjoying these clips.
