Silivri is a district and a town located on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey. Silivri is located about 50 km west of Istanbul's city center, and it is known for its scenic countryside, historic sites, and beaches. The district is also home to several large factories, including those in the automotive industry. The Silivri courthouse is the most modern building in the city, where important trials like the Ergenekon trials, the Sledgehammer trial, and the 17-25 December 2013 corruption investigations were conducted. The Silivri Prison, which is the largest prison in Turkey is also located in this district.

My family and me visited silivri 3 times, 2012, 2019, 2022, and inshallah we will be there at the end of june, the people of this city are realy freindly, honest, and cool. Great city and people, looking forward to be there.
