For anyone without Alca seltzer, for me it worked while skipping that step entirely. Add oil, water, then add food coloring. Take a kebab stick *i don’t know if that’s necessary but it helped me* to push the food coloring under the oil to the water, then mix it up. It worked fine for me! This video is a great recipe 😊
