Dad's Favorite Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe Revealed

In this video we are going to make one of my dads favorite pies, a chocolate bourbon pecan pie. My first job was actually working at a BBQ joint, and my dad and I would make pies and sell them to the restaurant to make a little extra money on the side

Recipe:
Crust
2 1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Cold Butter
1 tbsp Sugar
6-8 tbsp Ice Cold Water

Filling
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Bourbon
1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
3 Eggs
2 cups Pecans

From my family to yours. If you burn stuff in your pan. Put a dryer sheet in it with warm water and let it soak over night, then clean as normal. Works almost every time. Best of luck!
