I should probably note that Evos tend to be stronger than their base counterpart in other decks, which is obvious since they have unique abilities but what I mean is that sometimes there are better Evos for the decks he’s already in but his Evo will be really good in decks he was never in to begin with.

RG Cycle is the only deck I think the Evo Hunter will work with that already has the Hunter in it.

EQ decks and Miner Poison decks will benefit most from having him due to the fast cycle to the Evo Hunter and the Evo Hunter himself behaving like a Freeze Spell and a Tank Killer at the same time, practically killing beatdown pushes with the aid of cycle cards like skeletons and ice spirit.
