The "MB" edition is more near the 1:64th scale, that's why!!!

MB are more realistic while Hot Wheels are much more "fantasy like" to create a more harmonious look.

It's hard to explain. It is kind of like how Greek temples look straight, but they are not because they are full of curves to create the illusion that they are straight.

In general imho as a collector for some years I have noticed that matchbox has stepped up their game and that’s a good thing I like the MB on this model.

I wonder if we are attracted to HW more than MB because of the name, logo and blue packaging they use, and all the other extra stuff HW tends to do yk but I got into matchbox diecast recently and I have to say they feel better than HW sometimes and the details hit

I open all my cars and display them on the wall. I am a car enthusiast not a Hotwheels colector so I usually buy the ones that better represents the car irl I tend to stay away from unreal cars and usually pass up on treasure hunts if they are not real cars or cars that interest me.
I guess everyone enjoys/collects model cars differently.

The model of Matchbox likes me more than the Hot Wheels but I don't have It yet!

Matchbox were always more true to the scales proportions of the real car versus Hotwheels. Hotwheels often changes proportion.
