I was sitting on my balcony. It was a lovely dawn turning to morning. Sun was rising and birds were singing beautifully. I was smoking a spliff and going through youtube recommended videos. I had my good headset on. The air was moist and fresh. Sun rays coming over the hilltops. I saw this video and decided to play it. Though it'd go well with singing birds across the street in tree branches. They sang so loud and calming that I heard both their song and song on the phone, through the headset. The medicine started to really kick in. The nature became so beautiful and sounds became absolute magic to my mind. I didn't know if I was feeling chills from the cool air or great music or all of it together. I knew one thing. I felt good. So calm like I could stand up and take a stairway to heaven. Gave thanks to father for this plant, for music, for my family and for all that's happened. I lived. Didn't feel calm in a long time; but all bad will come to an end. It's important we try to be better people so one day, when we realise there might be more to reality, we can accept love and peace into out hearts as well as wish same for others no matter how different they are.
