The packaging with George, that has two languages, came out in Canada, USA, & Mexico in 1997. The same style of packaging, that has English on the back only, was made in 1993 originally in England and the rest of Europe. Fun fact.

Ertl didn't make individual packages with Limited Edition James and Henry. They always came in multipacks, such as one with Thomas, James, and Henry.
