That's so impressive for us to be able to use a pulsar like an antenna. It expands our ability to make precise triangulating measurements of far away bodies beyond what we can accomplish with just the diameter of earth's orbit

As a casual observer, I would normally assume that the intensity and range of the gravitational waves increase with the masses of the black holes, so by the time that the final parsect paradox takes effect, the gravitational waves from one super massive black hole is reaching the other sufficiently to cause drag.
