I have a motor with Furnas relay coil, and H12 heating elements, I always have to reset the relay can't figure the problem and the motor current is in range on the motor data plate.

Hi.
we are experiencing the current issue.
Motor is on a Soft Starter.
motor name plate 283.0 amps.
The motor is pulling over 10 amps in two phases .
input voltage is phase A= 279, phase B= 281, phase C= 282.
we megged the motor and cables they seems to be fine.
There is not loose connections .
there is no weird noises coming from the motor.
there is no high vibration.
motor spins freely and there is nothing jamming the shaft.
We do not understand why the current is high on two phases only.
What kind of test can tell us what the problem is ???.

I do have trail blazer 2016 I do have a problem with overload electricity they told me to change the alternator I changed it but still now the battery and I change it too but still having and showing overload electric on it now I need to know what I have to check or what part I have to check or replace it plz need your help by the way they check everything but still can't fine the problem

The VFD has already overload protection for the motor? do we really need an another overload protection device?
