A side-note: In my classes, students who use Mac computers sometimes get confused about this feature. It appears that with a Windows machine, Mplus always opens input files in the “Editor” and the diagrams are integrated (like you will see in the video below). But on Mac machines you can run models either in the “Editor” or in the “Diagrammer” and these two are not integrated, so if you run your model in the “Editor”, you will not be able to see the diagram. So if you have a Mac, I’d suggest you try to run your model in both the Editor and Diagrammer and check the differences. If you do this now, you will have this sorted going forward. 😉
