thank you for this. Recently I bought this Tai Yu. I did not deep fry, just normal and it did not turn out well as the fish is soggy. By the way what type of wok are you using. You mentioned nonstick wok. I spoilt many non stick woks at high temperatures, not as high as the one I saw in your video. Thank you very much.
