Old hack, put blue painters tape on bothe sides of the cut and you’ll end up with much smoother edges on the cuts.

Yeah, but when you put that much time and effort into making something look awesome, it stops being a cutting board and becomes an art piece. I can't imagine seeing someone cut vegetables on that board after the amount of time/effort invested.

Do not know why you can't use a scroll saw. With as big as these boards are, a scroll saw would give much smoother cuts than a jig saw would.

If you have decent knkves bamboo is TERRIBLE for yoir blade!! DONT USE
