The good word from Janusz Bronakowski on Mazur 65, Viper and Digital World:

"Hey. It's not Eiffel 65 and it's no (what a creativity?!) Mazur 65, it's actually not a Viper either. I am the original author of this song. Digital Girl is also me, the result of my playing with sound. Lo-fi Eurodance? End of mystery, I have been mixing and arranging dance, house genres for many years.

1) The song is a musical sketch, this one and very many of its like were never meant to see the light of day,
2) The vocals will never be grammatically correct as it is the result of playing with many takes and cuts. It was recorded on a Creative Labs mini computer mic. Lyrics made up on the fly. They are simply sketches, demos. I was testing new samplers, simply put. Yes, all the sounds in this song are samples. I thought it would be very funny to cobble together different phrases. Human rights would sound a lot better, wouldn't it?
3) The songs were never meant to be published. I was having good time playing with advanced music technology. A colleague from one of the music groups (Viper) was missing 1 song, so after a few jokes he decided to put it as a track on his album! Sic! Even though it was completely different stylistically.
A lot of these were sent out to various singers as inspiration. Presumably someone put them online for fun? No, I didn't receive a penny for it. Too raw and it was out of the question for something like that to come out. It's music created for the pure sake of music. I haven't been involved in music for a long time. One of the stages in my life. I was surprised that people took it seriously? A topic on Reddit? I decided to dispel some conjecture and conspiracy theories, any doubts. The Diadem team used the idea without any agreement with me, maybe they communicated with the Viper group? To tell the truth, I don't know. I do not live in Poland. I am the author of both the stupid lyrics and every sound that was played. If you have any questions, please ask. I was and still am a huge fan of e65. Это отличная находка) Я таким же образом нашла песню David Mader - Girlfriend однажды, просто найдя сборник с танцевальной музыкой на улице. Там фамилия автора писалась, как Madar и это усложнило поиск более качественного файла. На Watzatsong знающие люди подсказали и исправили написание фамилии исполнителя, что меня радует до сих пор, поскольку трек малоизвестный и таких полно на разных сборниках.
